"The bot is speaking for me."
Why this might be happening:
- If a bot creator describes the User's actions in the first message, it may encourage the LLM to do the same. (So, as a tip if you ever create your own bots: try not to describe the User's actions too much and don't make them talk.)
- If your own responses are short, the LLM has nothing to work with from your side, so it will speak for you.
- The LLM is being stupid. Sometimes it just does weird shit.
What you can do to fix this issue:
- Use an advanced prompt. (Link below.)
- Make sure your messages aren't too short. Try writing multiple paragraphs, even if they're on the shorter side. Keep in mind that you have to describe your own actions, or the bot will do it for you.
- Put an OOC command at the end of your message or in the Chat Memory. Tell the bot whose perspective to write out of. Keep in mind that it's usually more effective to tell the bot what to do instead of what not to do. Example: [OOC: You write {char}'s POV.]"The bot keeps repeating itself."
Why this might be happening:
- You have used up the bot's context, which basically means that your chat has so many messages that the LLM can no longer remember things properly and overall becomes worse.
- The LLM might just be weird. It loves doing that so much.
What you can do to fix this issue:
- Let it generate a new message.
- Rewrite your own message.
- Rewrite the bot's message(s).
- Delete the message(s) it has repeated itself in.
- Summarize your chat so far. Put that summary in the Chat Memory. Turn on "Memory replaces old messages". Alternatively, you can start a new chat and continue where you left off by copying the previously summarized chat into the new chat's Chat Memory and start writing from there.

If I like the idea, I'll put it on my never-ending list of bot ideas; if not, I won't. Keep in mind that, even if I like the idea, it might take me a while (forever) to actually make the bot."What's currently on that list that people wished for?"To assure you I haven't forgotten:

- Side Note: My bots are usually AnyPov. So if you specifically wish for a FemPov or MalePov, I might still make it AnyPov if the plot doesn't demand a certain Pov. I'm not a big fan of limiting the Pov if it's not necessary for plot reasons.
